Wild Rice with Avocado Mexican Style

Ingredients

  • Rio Mare Insalatissime Mexican Style Tuna Salad 2 x 160g cans
  • Wild rice 200g
  • Ripe avocadp 1
  • Ripe tomatoes 1
  • Olive oil 40g
  • Salt to taste

Process

1. Cook the rice in salted water. Once it’s cooked, rinse it under cold water and drain it well.

2. Cut the tomato into small cubes and add it to the rice, season with a bit of oil.

3. Peel and cut the avocado into small pieces, season with a bit of salt and oil and place it on top of the rice.

4. Add Rio Mare Insalatissime Mexican Style Tuna Salad and mix all the ingredients stirring gently.
