Insalatissime Tuna & Sweetcorn Salad with Rocket, Apples and Breadcrumbs

Ingredients

  • Rocket 100g
  • Red apple 1
  • Rio Mare Inslatissime Tuna & Sweetcorn Salad 2 x 160g cans
  • Fresh bread 2 slices
  • Olive oil A drizzle
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Process

1. Dice the bread, season it with oil and pepper, and then place into a hot, non-stick frying pan. Let roast until golden and crisp.

2. Wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the core and the stalk, slice them and season with oil and salt.

3. Place the apples in a bowl together with rocket, add Rio Mare Insalatissime Tuna & Sweetcorn Salad, mix together well, add the toasted bread and serve.
