Insalatissime Lentils and Light Tuna Salad
Ingredients
Insalatissime Rio Mare Lentils and Tuna 4 packs
Baby spinach 150g
Oranges 2
Extra virgin olive oil 20g
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Process
1. Peel the oranges, remove all the white part and cut them into half thin slices. Wash and drain well the spinach
2. Arrange the oranges and spinach in four plates, season with a little salt, oil and pepper, then place the salads on top after having mixed them well and divided the tuna into small pieces. Enjoy immediately
