Insalatissime Salade de Couscous et Thon pâle
Ingredients
Rio Mare Insalatissime – Tuna & Couscous Salad 4 packs x 160g
Mixed salad 100g
Grated carrots 100g
Walnuts 20g
Extra-vergin olive oil 40g
Salt to taste
Pepe to taste
Process
1. Chop the walnuts and toast them in a non-stick pan without adding seasoning.
2. Put the salad in a bowl together with the carrots and walnuts, season with oil, salt and plenty of pepper, complete with the Insalatissime Cous Cous and enjoy immediately.
